Coming to an event

Everyone is welcome to participate in our programs and community at any level of involvement.

No Cost & No Registration

There is no cost nor required donation for our programs. At the same time, we are grateful for any smaller or slightly bigger donation.
If you want to support Buddhist monks' studies or reconstruct the meditation centre, etc., you can get more detailed information by asking info@sangha.ee

No registration necessary unless specified. The few occasional events that require it will be clearly marked on ''ACTIVITIES''

Dress

People can wear everything, what they would like, but white is the most preferred colour. We encourage you to wear something comfortable for the meditation. No shoes are worn in the carpeted meditation hall or conference room. House shoes are fine.

Bowing

Many people who participate at Meditation Centre bow at the end of meditation and at the end of the talk. Most commonly this is an expression of appreciation and gratitude. This bowing is not required.

odourless products

In respect of those with sensitivities and allergies, we request that you do not wear scented products at the centre.

Schedule

The website has all the schedules that can be seen here: "ACTIVITIES"
