Attending an event

Everyone is welcome to participate in our programs and community at any level of involvement.

No Cost & No Registration

There is no cost or required donation for our programs. However, we are grateful for any donation, large or small. If you would like to support the studies of Buddhist monks or help reconstruct the meditation center, please contact us for more detailed information at info@sangha.ee.

No registration is needed unless otherwise specified. Any occasional events that do
require registration will be clearly marked under ''ACTIVITIES''

Dress

People can wear whatever they like, but white is the most preferred colour. We encourage you to wear something comfortable for the meditation. No shoes are worn in the carpeted meditation hall or conference room. House shoes are fine.

Bowing

Many people who participate at the Meditation Centre bow at the end of meditation and at the end of the talk. Most commonly, this is an expression of appreciation and gratitude. Bowing is not required.

Odourless products

In respect of those with sensitivities and allergies, we request that you do not wear scented products at the centre.

Schedule

The website has all the schedules that can be seen here: "ACTIVITIES"
